The ROM has been a great asset to my lifestyle. Before I obtained the ROM I hav lower back pain. After using the ROM for 2 months my back pain was gone. I am 53 years young because of the ROM. What great tool for physical fitness. I have used the machine since 2003 and I recommend it to everyone. It is also a piece of art.
