I alternate the upper and lower body work- outs for six days a week and find that the lower body exercise is crucial to keeping my 63-year-old knees strong, agile, and flexible. Thanks to using the machine faithfully, I can do deep knee bends or squats easily and can hop on my bicycle knowing that my legs and knees are in top condition for a ride of twenty to eighty miles. When we go out of town, I can feel my knees stiffen up the longer I'm away from the ROM and so look forward to returning to my valuable exercise time on the machine.
