When I purchased my ROM machine you told me to call you back in one month to discuss my progress....well I was 5 months late in my call. One thing I mentioned was that I couldn't get above 115 score. I thought I had the slide set on the easiest position, but you enlightened me that I had it set on the most difficult. What a difference it made to move the slide a little and get much higher scores than I had been getting allowing me to vary my workout and fine tune the slide adjustment.
In spite of the fact that I had the slide adjusted to the most difficult position, in less than 6 months I have rehabbed my shoulder (where physical therapy, acupuncture, occupational therapy and Pilates had failed), lost weight, gained upper and lower body muscle mass, enhanced my breathing tremendously and lowered my blood sugar, cholesterol and triglycerides significantly....not bad for having the machine on the wrong setting.
