Just wanted to let you know how happy my family is with the ROM. It's been about 14 months since our ROM was delivered.

My personal experience with the ROM has been excellent. For 29 years, I lifted weights and jogged for one hour three days per week. Mixed in with that were tennis matches, long bike rides, swimming, etc., depending on the season and the weather. A couple of years ago I noticed that I was getting very sore, tired and bored with the 3x per week routine, even though I liked the results and the body I had created.

Then I saw the ROM in a magazine and laughed out loud while thinking "who would ever pay that much for a piece of exercise equipment?" I never thought about it again until I saw a sign not far from my home advertising a "four minute workout". Sure enough, a local physician purchased a machine and opened a small public gym.

My wife and I used the machine at the gym religiously for 3 days per week for 6 months. We were so happy with the results that we decided to buy one. Yes, it's a lot of money but a couple of things figured into our decision:

1) we loved how we looked and felt during this "test" period,
2) we knew we could always sell the machine for what we paid if we weren't happy with it
3)if you look at the cost of a ROM over the next 20 years it comes to around $62 per month.

We were already paying $80 per month just for my wife for a gym membership, so the ROM represented a cash savings immediately, as well as a huge time savings immediately.

After 14 months, I have gone from 17-18% body fat to 14-16% body fat. I have lost no muscle, and have actually gained 5 pounds of muscle while reducing body fat. Funny, this summer a couple of our friends saw me who haven't seen me in a couple of years and both commented how I look more muscular! It must have something to do with the skeletal muscles and cartilage too because even though I'm just as muscular as I was, I look and feel leaner, longer and MUCH more flexible. I can do virtually any sporting activity or activity I want with little to no soreness the next day. For example, unlike before, where if I raked leaves for a half day, I was very sore the next couple of days, now I have no soreness at all.

So, congratulations on a great machine. Unfortunately, I think at first blush, those marketing problems you immediately point out on your website will indeed always be problems. I believe the only way to sell and market the ROM is to get prospective buyers to try it. If we didn't try it, we probably never would have bought it or believed we could have achieved the results we have with the small amount of time investment. So please continue to encourage people to try it, and keep providing the great support you have along with a great product and I know your company will have continued success.
