Why diets fail for permanent weight loss.
   

It appears that there is a vested interest in keeping diet myths alive and keeping people mis-informed about general conditions associated with most forms of poor health. The diet "industry" and the pharmaceutical industry are multi billion dollar industries that benefit most from keeping people mis-informed about the methods people can employ to improve their health and maintain their health at a higher level of wellness without the use of pills, lotions and potions.

CONFUSING ISSUES RELATING TO BODY WEIGHT:
There are good forms of weight gain as well as bad forms of gaining weight.

THERE ARE SEVERAL FORMS OF GOOD WEIGHT GAIN.
There are 3 main forms of good weight gain. Good weight gain is when people gain muscle mass, when they hydrate all the cells in their body properly and when they gain more bone density. That kind of weight gain leads to a healthier and better looking body with stronger bones.

THERE ARE SEVERAL FORMS OF BAD WEIGHT GAIN,
There are also bad ways in which people can gain weight. They can gain weight by gaining more fat and they can gain weight by fluid (water) retention in various areas of their body and by retaining food longer in the digestive tract and the intestines. That kind of weight gain leads to an unhealthy bloated and fat looking body.

Conversely there are good ways of losing weight and bad ways of losing weight. Good weight loss is losing fat and having less water retention.

Exercise in general tends to contribute to GOOD weight gain and to GOOD weight loss. Basically exercise helps the body to regain and maintain a healthy state. It doesn not mater whether it is exercise that comes in 60 or 90 minute packages or in a very compact 4 minute per day ROM exercise. They both work well in attaining good health and maintaining that health. If everubody were to exercise 60 minutes per day or do a 4 minute ROM exercise per day, the healthcare costs (illness care costs) would be reduced by at least 75% and most of the pharmaceutical companies would see their business vastly reduced or they would go bankrupt. Hospitals and medical insurers would not do very well either. That could cause a very strong economic depression by putting a lot of people out of work. Personal health improvement could contribute to economic illness. Don't worry, the ROM has remained a secret since 1990 and will remain so for a number of years to come. Not too many people will be willing to buy our very expensive ROM in order to take responsibility for their own health and put people in the healthcare profession and the pharmaceutical industry out of work.
